Ramona Tejada

Ramona Tejada is the chef behind of one of Marfa's most beloved institutions, Marfa Burrito. 

Located three blocks south of the town's primary intersection, Marfa Burrito occupies a small corner of Tejada's residence and feels more like a family kitchen than a commercial restaurant. And the food, whether burritos as big as your face or enchiladas with an egg on top, does not disappoint. Her food has been celebrated by Saveur and has been recommended by many celebrities including Matthew McConaughey and Mark Ruffalo. 

Ramona Tejada will be serving her famous burritos at the Marfa Public Radio fundraiser at El Cosmico on Sunday, June 4th from 9:30 am - 11:00 am.
