Dudley Althaus

Dudley Althaus spent three decades covering Latin America and beyond as a staff newspaper correspondent based in Mexico City, most of them as bureau chief for the Houston Chronicle. After finishing a four-year stint with The Wall Street Journal's Mexico bureau, Dudley moved last spring to San Antonio. He continues covering immigration, the border and (occasionally) the Mexican interior on a part-time basis for the San Antonio Express-News, Houston Chronicle and other publications.
