Leslie Stevens

Leslie Stevens, chef at Jett's Grill at the Hotel Paisano, was born in Alpine and raised in Marfa, where she has lived her entire life. Stevens has trained under 10 chefs and has worked at Jett's since it opened in 2001, noting that she "absorbed everything [she] could from each one." Her love for cooking includes planning meals for large weddings, creating new and exciting menu items. She loves a challenge.
